Communication Skills 2: Power Dynamics and Formulas for Resolving Conflict (New)

In this communications course you will learn about power dynamics and ways to resolve conflict in your employment, professional, and personal relationships. You will be utilizing skills learned in previous courses, such as “I” statements and the WIN formula of assertiveness. Part one will discuss formal and informal communications, and how to resolve workplace conflict. Part two explores employee and human rights in the workplace.
