The objective of this course is to provide information and practice for recognizing core beliefs and negative thought patterns and replacing them with positive, life-enhancing thoughts.  As you go through the course, you will build skills by practicing setting boundaries and increasing your self awareness.

The objective of this chapter is to provide information about what boundaries are, and how using boundaries can increase control over your safety and respect at home and work.  In this chapter, you will get into the practice of setting boundaries in day-to-day situations.  Since our beliefs about ourselves and the world largely influence our approaches to setting boundaries, this course gets you to notice your beliefs and self-talk.  Once we notice these internal processes, we are better able to set healthy, realistic boundaries for ourselves. 

This course outlines possible safety concerns with Facebook and other social media such as Twitter and LinkedIn.  In the course, we will share with you tools for safe and professional online networking.
